Here, they’re sharing their grandmother’s secret recipe to the classic Italian dessert, tiramisù. Learn all the tricks of the trade from real local chefs!

Tiramisù for 4 people

Ingredients

3 eggs
300 gr mascarpone cheese
1.5 spoons of sugar (add more if you want it sweeter)
Coffee
Lady fingers

Method

Separate the yolks and the white part of the eggs.

Add sugar to the yolk and mix until it comes white, then add mascarpone cheese at two different stages and mix.

Take the white part of the egg and mix it until it becomes like snow.

Mix it all together. Remember to mix the white part in the cream from bottom to top.

The cream is now ready, all you have to do is put the cream base in a pot, lady fingers with coffee, another layer of cream, lady fingers and finally cream. Your tiramisù is now ready!

If you want, you can add another layer of chocolate, fruit or whatever you love!
