It’s a combination of alliums and herbs blended with citrus – a few simple ingredients with distinct flavor, texture, and vibrant colors that highlight the natural flavors a dish. - Spanish white onion
- Scotch Bonnet
- Sea salt
- Fresh Black Pepper
- Dice and chop the onion, scotch bonnet, scallion, garlic, and thyme
